用途

在线板厚测量仪，应用于PCB/PCBA、汽车、机加工等行业，采用非接触式激光测量，能够在线精密测量PCB压合后板材及塑胶、模类等的厚度。

 

特征

1、高质量:在线检测减少不良品的产出，采用非接触式激光测量，无破坏性;

2、高效率:测量效率为6-8S/pc;

3、数据精准:测试精度高达加减5μm，同时在线检测可减少人为记录和测试误差;
