GWY-01型高温高压页岩膨胀试验仪,是近期开发研制的一种新型测试仪器。该仪器可以在模拟井下地层温度和压力的状态下,检测泥页岩样品的水化膨胀规律,评价有关处理剂的抑制性能,优选适合于钻井现场的处理剂种类或配比。这对研究井壁稳定问题,采取科学经济的处理对策,以及对于有关抑制性处理剂的研究与生产都具有重要的参考、指导作用;该仪器还可以检测出泥页岩样品在模拟试验条件下的软化变形点,这对钻井防塌研究和抑制性处理剂的性能评价,更直观更简捷。 
   GWY-01型高温高压页岩膨胀试验仪,配备有专用制样装置和微机系统,可模拟页岩成形的地层压力,自动采集各试验参数,进行数据处理,即时显示测试结果,并可贮存、显示、打印出试验规律曲线和数据。仪器灵敏度高、重现性好、运行稳定、操作方便、整机结构合理,成套性强。通过仪器试验,已揭示出某些以前未认识的变化规律,对于科研和生产,具有重要意义。
