一、参照标准Basis：

参照标准GB4066.1-2004干粉灭火剂通用技术条件之电绝缘性要求而设计制造。用于检测干粉灭火剂之电绝缘性

design manufacturing according to National standard GB4066.1-2004 dry powder extinguishing agent general technical   conditions for electrical insulation requirements.To test the electrical insulation of powder extinguishing agent.

二、仪器组成部分Components：本仪器由耐压试验台部分、试验杯、电极、跌落试验台组成。

this instrument is consists of withstand voltage test platform , test cup, electrode and the drop test  platform.

三、技术参数：Technical parameters

1.试验杯：试验杯有一对安装在同一轴线上的圆盘形平板电极，杯体由不吸湿的高绝缘性材料制成。圆盘形电极其他部位与试验杯的距离不小于13mm。试验杯的顶部与圆盘形电极顶部距离不小于32mm。试验杯可拆卸、清理和磨光，两个圆盘形电极间距离可调节。

1.Test cup: the test cup is provided with a pair of disc plate electrode arranged on the same axis. The cup body is made of non hygroscopic high insulation material. The distance between any part of the disc electrode and the test cup is not less than 13mm. The distance between the top of the test cup and the top of the disc electrode is not less than 32mm. The test cup can be disassembled, cleaned and polished, and the distance between the two disc electrodes can be adjusted.

2.圆盘形平板电极由抛光的黄铜板制成，直径为25mm，厚度不小于3mm，边缘成直角：两电极板间距为2.50±0.01mm

The disc plate electrode is made of polished brass, diameter is 25mm, thickness is not less than 3mm, edge forming right angle,

two electrodes spacing is 2.50±0.01mm.

3.耐电压试验部分，电压0-10Kv；电流输出0-20mA；数字显示

Withstand voltage test, voltage 0-10Kv, current output 0-20mA,

digital display.

4.跌落试验台:跌落高度30mm；允许负荷50kg 频率范围 0-1.667Hz连续可调，下落加速度大于9.3m／s^2。跌落次数500次使干粉灭火剂试样震实。

Drop test bench: maximum drop height 30mm, maximum allowable load 50kg, frequency range 0-1.667Hz continuously adjustable, falling acceleration is greater than9.3m／s^2.

Drop 500 times to jolt compaction of the dry powder fire extinguishing agent sample.
