一、描述:description:

自动化测量控制模块,PC软件系统对数据图谱及报表分析,少量样品,可设定之变化应力.
采用单轴测试法:通过给粉末一个固定或多个固结应力,与其破坏这个固结应力所需要的无侧限屈服强度应力(也叫开放屈服强度)来评价和评估粉体流动函数、体积密度、流动因子,时间固结函数等数据来分析粉末的流动表征.通过测量我们可以分析料斗、仓储、运输、传输过程中、压片工艺、混料、粉体的结块、搭桥及不流动现象,实验室质量管控,对供应商的选择及合理调整配方及成本.
一般来讲粘性粉体的固结应力会大于破坏这个应力下粉体的无侧限屈服强度应力,表征粉体的流动性低些;反之对于能自由流动的粉体会小.
