该系列磁性尺是磁性记录组成，所以即使暴露在冷却液下，也可以不受其影响，能保持读取能力。且因该系列尺与本体以铁制成，故温度膨胀系数与机台相同，精密度不易失真，且抗振动与冲击。
SR74 SR75 多原点磁尺：为工作机械所开发的适合用在精密平台定位的磁尺，输出信号为增量式A/B相/原点差动信号（符合EIA-422）及增量式串列双方向信号（符合EIA-485）；(3+3ML/1000)μm，测量长度：70-2040mm，分辨率0.01μm，响应速度：200m/min，适用工控系统：FANUC、三菱电机、松下。
