  瑞士FM15 935-3901/04流量计广泛应用于饮料的罐装，是世界罐装设备制造商KHS的供应商，瑞士FM15 935-3901/04流量计流量范围2.83-25.3L/min，±2%，重复性±0.25%,压力在20℃时12bar, 温度-10-+100℃，信号输出方式PNP，转速1900rpm,采用宝石陶瓷轴承，配有流量曲线和压力损失曲线。喷嘴尺寸15mm。

  瑞士FM15 935-3901/04流量计在清洗时，确保无反向压力。液体不要脉冲流动。瑞士digemsa流量计安装时应保持水平安装，注意进出口方向。进出口管道应避免灌装时晃动，FM15可以用高于100℃温度液体冲洗，但此时无脉冲信号输出。

  该型号瑞士DIGMESA流量计用2.5%的NaOH冲洗是可以的。但要注意冲洗后不能用压缩气体在管道无液体时吹扫，否者流量计叶轮高速转动会损坏！切记！

Ensure that there is no fast-pulsatory movement of the media

确保介质没有快速脉动式流动

 Ensure that there are no reverse pressure surges

确保没有反向的压力波动

 Ensure that there is no air in the system

确保系统中没有空气

 Keep the pressure loss as small as possible

确保压力损失尽量小

 Note the mounting position of the flowmeter

注意流量机的安装位置是否正确

 Min/max flow should be in the linear range of the selected flowmeter

 小、的流量应在所选的流量计的线性范围

 Clean the system at appropriate intervals

 在事宜时间间隔清洁系统

Avoid electrical current peaks

 避免电流峰值

 Incorrect cabling of power supply +, signal and ground will destroy the flowmeter

 不正确的接线，供电+，信号，与接地，将损坏流量计

 Do not mechanically load electrical contacts

  在电气接线器上不要施加机械的载荷

Avoid moisture on the electrical contacts

  避免在电气连接点有潮湿

Avoid stray pick-up via the cable (Do not lay cables in parallel with high current loads)

避免噪声拾波 （不要将接线电缆与强电流的载荷并列布置）
