DZL型链条炉排卧式快装锅炉出厂时，分件包装如下：
1.锅炉大件是包括锅炉本体，链条炉排煤斗、看火孔、拨火门、前后烟箱、炉墙、保温层的组合件。
2.调速箱传动装置，包括电动机等。
3.鼓风机：包括电动机、鼓风机座和进风接管等。
4.引风机：包括电动机、轴承座及烟道连接管等。
5.刮板出渣机：包括电动机。
6.平台扶梯和栏杆。
7.除尘器：包括除尘器支架、集灰斗、地脚螺栓等。
8.烟囱。
9.给水设备及阀门仪表、管道零件。
10.电控柜。
11.上煤机：（用户自选）。
12.有二台或二台以上锅炉同时安装时应注意鼓风机（包括鼓风机座和接口）引风机（包括进风管）省煤器等组件的记号（锅炉出厂编号）与锅炉上的记号相同。
13.随炉文件：有总图、主体、本体、筒体、炉墙、管道仪表阀门、保温层、地基图、链条炉排、平台扶梯、烟囱、易损零件图纸及受压元件强度计算、安装使用说明书、锅炉总清单各二份，产品监检质量证明书一份。
安 装 说 明：
四.安装前的准备工作：
当锅炉运到使用现场后，为了保证能迅速运行，安装前必须做好以下准备工作：
1.确定安装公司，核实资质证明。组织及人员配备：

锅炉安装单位必须有上级主管部门颁发的符合安装范围的锅炉安装资格证书，负责与当地锅炉监督机构取得联系，填写安装告知书，并接受当地锅炉检验检测单位的安装监检。安装完工后，安装单位和当地锅炉监督机构共同进行安装质量验收。并按有关规定及时办理锅炉使用登记入户手续。锅炉使用单位应有专人负责锅炉安装工作，锅炉安装时需有司炉参加，并配有管工、钳工、起重工、冷作工、电焊工及辅助工。
