弹射动能测试仪又称(动能测试仪,动能测试器,弹射动能测试器,子弹弹射测试仪)
用于测试弹射玩具的动能大小,使玩具的弹射部件通过仪器的测试筒或经过外部测试部件的两个感应,测出玩具弹射部件经过一定距离所用的时间,计算其具有的动能量。本仪器主要用于检验弹射玩具对婴儿或小孩的安全性能。

1.1 连接电源.显示屏上显示0.000000
1.2 根据待测试样选择使用外部传感器或内部传感器。若选择外部传感器,则将选择开关转到ext档,若选择筒内传感器,则转到int档
1.3 使用内部传感器
1)将外部传感器移走;选择开关转到int档
2)先进行预测试,使待测试玩具水平穿过内部测试筒,观察显示屏读数。该读数为时间值,0.000000秒。
3)若没有读数显示,则可能因为传感器的灵敏度过低,传感器没有感应到。调节图1所示的D,E旋钮,顺时针旋转灵敏度增大,逆时针旋转灵敏度减小。D为前部传感器调节旋钮,E为后部传感器调节旋钮。灵敏度应合适,过大过小都会影响测试。
4)灵敏度调节完毕后,进行测试。使待测玩具水平穿过测试筒,读出时间。前后传感器间距离100mm ,计算出待测玩具的速度,进而度算其动能。
5)判断待测玩具的安全系数是否符合标准要求。
1.4 使用外部传感器
1)将外部传感器连接到图2所示的 G接口。用手指或其它物体在传感器前方晃动,传感器上方的 红灯亮则为正常。若不亮则可能连接处接触不亮。拔出 ,再次插入。传感器工作正常则将接头锁紧。
2)将传感器安装到支架上,调节两个传感器间的距离,并使支架处在方便进行测试的位置上。
3)进行预测试。使待测玩具水平经过传感器的前端,显示屏进行开始计时、停止计时的过程。调节传感器灵敏度,front旋转对应后部左端接口,back旋钮对应右端接口。
4)灵敏度调节完毕后,进行测试。是待测试玩具水平经过传感器前端,读取显示屏读数,计算玩具的速度和动能。
5)判断玩具的安全性是否符标准要求。

测试过程

1.1 连接电源.显示屏上显示0.000000
