一、用途 Application

　　该机是为平板多点凸焊面而设计的龙门式凸焊机，广泛应用于汽车电机内风叶的焊接，俗称“风叶焊机”。改变电极结构也可用于各种工件的平面多点凸焊。

　　This welder is a double column projection welder specially designed for the flat multiple projection welding face and is extensively applied in the welding of the electrical machine blade, thus being named“Blade Welder”. The flat multiple projection welding of many work pieces can be done by this welder if its electrode structure is changed.

二、结构特点 Structural features

　　采用气动加压，焊接速度快。电阻焊控制器能对焊接电流和焊接时间的设定，对电网电压波动有一定的补偿功能，故输出电流稳定，焊点均匀，可靠，生产效率比较高。

　　This welder utilizes pneumatic pressurization with rapid welding speed. The electric resistance welding controller can accurately set the welding current and the welding time and have the function of complementing the grid voltage fluctuation, possessing the virtues of regular output current, equal and reliable welding spot, and high productive efficiency.
