4.3*转接头附表（两种类别选择其一）

4.3.1在输出两端发生短路时，并不会发生火灾和任何的危险。当短路被除去后，适配器自动地恢复正常使用。When short circuit occurs at the two output ends, there will be no fire or any danger.

When the short circuit is removed, the adapter is restored to be in normal operation.

5.1 *高温测试High temperature testing

实验温度为65℃±2℃，产品不包装，持续时间为5小时。在常温下放置待恢复后对其外观、绝缘强度、指示功能及电性能进行重新测试。外观应平整无划痕、毛刺以及其它机械损伤，外露金属部分电镀层不脱落无锈蚀；无击穿、飞弧现象；指示功能及电性能正常

Experimental temperature is 65℃±2℃, without package, duration is 5 hours.

Put it in the normal temperature .After recovering, we will test it again to the appearance, insulation strength, indication function and electrical property.

The appearance should smooth, without scratch, burr and other mechanical damage. At the same time , the plating layer of exposed metallic part will not fall off and no rust ; without the phenomenon of breakdown and electric arcing; it is normal for the indication function and electrical property.

5.2*低温测试*Low temperature testing

因条件的限制此功能暂未测试。As limited of the condition, this function is not tested temporarily.

5.3 *恒定湿热测试Constant humid&heat testing

    实验温度为40℃±2℃，湿度为90%～95%，产品不包装，持续时间为48小时。测试后对其外观、绝缘强度、指示功能及电性能进行重新测试。外观应平整无划痕、毛刺以及其它机械损伤，外露金属部分的电镀层不脱落无锈蚀；无击穿、飞弧现象；指示功能及电性能正常。

Experimental temperature is 40℃±2℃, the humidity is 90%～95%, without package, duration is 48 hours. After testing, we will test it again to the appearance, insulation strength, indication function and electrical property.

5.4*振动测试(Vibration testing)

频率为10～55Hz，振幅为0.35mm，每个方向上扫频循环次数为10次。实验后对其外观、绝缘强度、指示功能及电性能进行重新测试。外观应无机械性损伤，外露金属部分的电镀层不脱落无锈蚀，

  指示功能及电性能正常。

Frequency is 10～55Hz,Amplitude is 0.35mm, each direction upward cycle for 10 times. After experiments, re-test its appearance, insulation intensity, indication functions and electricity performance. When appearance has not mechanical damage, the exposed metal parts’ plating layer no fall off and no rust corrosion, it shows normal for indirection function and electricity performance.

5.5跌落测试Falling testing

高度为1000mm，实验台厚度为20mm的硬木板，6个表面，每个方向1次。实验后对其外观、绝缘强度、指示功能及电性能进行重新测试。外观应无机械性损伤，外露金属部分的电镀层不脱落无锈蚀，指示功能及电性能正常。

the height is 1000mm, experiment Desk is hard board of 20mm, 6 surface, one time for each direction, after experiment, re-test its appearance, insulation intensity, indication functions and electricity performance. When appearance has not mechanical damage, the exposed metal parts’ plating layer has not fall off and no rust corrosion it shows normal for indirection function and electricity performance.

    本产品外壳表面无划伤、批峰、污渍、裂缝，五金无生锈、批峰、划伤。(Our products’ shell surface no scratch, superfluous moulding shell ,besmirch, crevasse, the metals foil have no rust, superfluous metal foils, scratch.)

7.2贮存Stock

适配器应贮存在环境温度为-10℃～50℃，清洁、干燥通风的室内，应避免与腐蚀性特质接触，应远离火源及热源。The adapter should be stocked under the temperature -10℃～50℃, in the room of cleanness, dry & airiness, don’t touch with the causticy goods , get away from fire and high temperature.

8、注意事项Notice

8.1本适配器专用于室内充电，请勿将其暴露于雨中或雪中。Don’t expose the adapter in rain or snow. It is only used in room.

8.2请勿分解或组装适配器。Don’t disassemble or assemble the adapter by yourself!

8.3请勿使适配器落地或将重物置于其上。Don’t drop the adapter or put the heavy thing onto it.

8.4须在0℃～40℃温度范围内使用本适配器。Using this adapter under temperature 0℃～40℃

8.5请勿在直射阳光下、发热的设备旁或其它高温场所使用或储存本适配器。Don’t using or stock this adapter under the direct sunshine, on the side of the hot equipment, or other hot places

8.6在充电过程中，请勿用如毛巾、衣服之类的物品将适配器掩盖，避免导致火警。Don’t put the adapter under the towel, clothing, etc, avoiding the fire.
