产品简介：Brief introduction

DHMY系列厚膜电路是本公司专门为各种汽车、摩托车电喷型发动机节气门位置传感器设计的厚膜电路板。该系列产品耐燃油、润滑油及盐化雾等工业环境的腐蚀能力强，输出线性特性曲线好、抗磨性能强，使用寿命长，可用于德国BOSCH系统和美国DELPHI系统的节气门位置传感器。

DHMY series thick film blocks are throttle position sensorthat we speciallydesigned for electronic controlled-motor, our products manufactured by silk screen printing, laser-resistance -control process, So they are fuel-resistant, lubricating oil-resistant, it also have high resistance to corrosion against salt fog in industry environment, their output character is perfect, with good abrasivity and long life characters, these modules can be used as damper controller sensor of BOSCH system of German or DELPHI system of American.

1、 工作温度范围：–40℃～+125℃

Operation Temp. Range：-40℃～125℃

2、 基片材料：96％AL2O3陶瓷基片或聚酰亚胺薄膜

Substrate material：96％AL2O3ceramic substrate（DHMY003、DHMY004）,Polyimide Film（DHMY002）

3、 导体材料：Ag/Pd，导体附着力强

Conductive material: Ag/Pd, with strong adhesion.

4、 电阻体材料：高性能导电材料，耐磨性能好

Resistance material: high level conductive material, good abrasivity.

5、 耐磨指针：100万次（银镉触点或不锈钢触点、接触压力为0.25±0.1N）

Abrasivity life: 2000,000 times ( Ag/Pd touch tip or stainless steel touch tip, apply force is 0.25±0.1N)
