3、物料要求：

1、焊接温度为265℃，物料承受温度应满足在265℃ 5S的焊接时间；

2、元件引脚能承受150℃/S的热冲击,且能循环2次以上。

3、贴片元器件的本体塑封（塑胶部分）必须在60-90秒内耐120℃高温。

4、能保证在227℃-265℃承受8S连续焊接时间，258℃-265℃ 5S的焊接时间。

5、贴装物料手工焊接保证在温度设置390℃时，8秒的焊接时间。
