探头的安装及接线方式:

1. 该探头在安装时需根据管道材质和规格选用专用的安装底座,其他方式的安装可能会导致探头测量受到影响;

6.  流量传感器的维修及保养

探头的维修及保养:

1. 探头在安装前需确认叶轮自由转动自如,没有明显的卡位现象;

2. 当流量计出现停止计量时,且确定被测液体仍然在流动时,可以在线检查流量探头的工作方式。

将探头上端背母拧下,观察探头背部发光二极管的工作状况,如果二极管出现常亮或常灭的现象,说明管道内叶轮已停止转动,此时需要停止管道工作,将管道内压力全部泄掉,然后拆下探头,检查叶轮周围是否有异物影响叶轮转动。

3. 如果探头出现叶轮破裂、探头顶端支架破损、轴承弯曲、经修复叶轮仍然无法自由转动、与液体接触部分出现被腐蚀现象、安装部位丝扣受损严重时,需更换新的探头。

4. 如果探头背部二极管闪烁工作正常,二次表仍然不能正常工作,请检查探头导线是否有破损,并且可以用万用表在屏蔽和黑色线之间测量电压是否正常。

探头K值参考表:

K值的含义表示每单位体积流过探头时,探头所产生的脉冲个数。

例如:在DN100的PVC管道中,如果设定K值为1,则表示每流过探头1公升水,探头会产生1个脉冲信号。

因被测量的管道内径不同的变化,用户可以用调整K值的方法进行调节。
