The following overview shows our standard sensors. We will gladly design and produce other sensors with customized requirements regarding ranges, dimensions or output signal level onrequest.

We offerfactory calibrationsfor our products as an additional service in which we check compliance with the specified tolerances and make adjustments if necessary. The results are documented in a calibration certificate. The standards used for the reference measurements are based on national standards. Regularly conducted factory calibrations ensure the reliability of your measurements.

 

  

Shear force transducer SK

The outstanding feature of this force transducer is its extremely robust and compact construction. It is designed for use in harsh weighing and industrial environments. The significant advantage of the shear force measuring principle used is its insensitiveness to side loads.

Dual shear force transducer DK

The HKM dual shear force transducer consists of two shear force transducers placed together. The advantage of this construction is the parallel introduction of the acting forces. Because of the shear force measuring principle used, this range is insensitive to side loads.

Shear force load cell SW

The S-shaped shear force load cells have a symmetrical construction with the force introduced concentrically. The outstanding features of this range are the compact construction and the high reliability and accuracy. They are all equally insensitive to side loads. These weighing cells can be integrated directly in the line of action of the force using swivel or fixed shackles. With the 1.x range, there is also a miniature version available.

Compression load cell DD

HKM compression load cells are used for measurement of static and dynamic compression forces in the most diverse range of industrial applications. The forces are always introduced concentrically into the compression load cell. These sensors have a metallic sheathing and can even be used under hostile environmental conditions. With the 1.x range, there is also a miniature version available in the load range up to 100kg.

Load pins

These load pins are designed as bearing pins. They fulfil the function of a normal clevis pin and, at the same time, measure the applied tensile and compressive forces. These load pins are designed for high to very high loads.
Detail design of these load sensors depends on your specifications. We adapt load pins individually to suit your existing mechanical components.
A load pin must be securely installed in a load path.

Platform load cell BR

As well as the widely different industrial applications, the platform load cell is particularly suitable for determining the weight on a platform using only one sensor. This takes place independently of the position of the weight on the platform. The outstanding feature of this conventional single-point load cell for platform scales is its shallow and compact construction.

Tension transducer ZU

This force transducer is for measurement of purely tension forces and is used in harsh industrial environments. It is integrated directly in the line of action of the force to be measured, optionally using various spherical rod ends or fork ends.

Pressure transducer DA

HKM pressure transducers are used for the measurement of both air pressures and hydraulic pressures. They were specially developed for vehicle brake testing, but, in addition, can also be used for other pressure measurements. The analogue measurement data are transferred by cable.
