XNR-400A溶融指数仪适用于《GB/T3682-2000热塑性塑料熔体
质量流动速率和熔体体积流动速率的测定》标准中对规定的热塑
性塑料熔体质量流动速率的测定,本标准等同采用了ISO 1133:1997
的规定。 主体为台式结构、设计合理性能稳定、外形美观、操作

XNR-400B型熔体流动速率测定仪是根据GB/T 3682的试验方法,用于测定热塑性高聚物在高温下的流动性,如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚甲醛、ABS树脂、聚碳酸酯、尼龙氟塑料等高聚物。XNR-400B型采用工业PLC可编程控制器,液晶操作平台,温度部分采用单独的温度单元,LED数码显示。该机自动控温从操作方法上分为手动、时控、自动三种切料方式,能够实现质量法(MFR)和体积法(MVR)两种试验方法;该机能够测得原料在试验温度下的熔融密度,系统同时具有温度校准功能。 
该机是目前国内同行业中机型,操作简单、运行稳定、可长时间进行试验,深受用户好评。
