一、概述:
     CU50铜电阻作为热电偶,热电阻维修更换使用,亦可作为非标准热电偶的测温元件,测温范围0-150度,本公司提供生产的WZ系列热电阻严格按照JB/T8622-1997技术要求生产,其分度号PT1000、PT500、PT200、PT100、PT10、CU50、CU100均符合国际标准。

二、CU50铜电阻工作原理:
     CU50铜电阻在温度的作用下,电阻丝的电阻随之变化而变化。可用于测量 -200℃~﹢800℃范围内的温度。其优点是:偏差极小。由于它的良好电输出性能,热电阻可为显示仪、记录仪、调节仪、扫描仪及电脑提供的输入值。

2.CU50铜电阻热响应时间:   在温度出现阶跃变化时,热电阻的电阻值变化至相当于该阶跃变化的50%,所需要的时间称为热响应时间,用t0.5表示。3.CU50铜电阻自热影响:    铂电阻允许通过电流1mA,测量电流为5mA,由此产生的升温不大于0.3℃。4.CU50铜电阻电阻温度系数(α)与标称值的偏差:

5.CU50铜电阻绝缘电阻:     当周围空气温度15-35℃和相对湿度小于80%时热电阻绝缘电阻不小于100MΩ。    WZC型铜电阻是用高强度聚酯绝缘铜丝拴绕在棒形塑料或胶木骨架上。为防止铜丝松散以及提高绝缘性和机械强度,整个元件经过酚醛树脂浸渍处理。四、Cu50型热电阻分度表:R(0℃)=50.00Ω工业铜热电阻(Cu50)分度表
