QFH划格器是根据ISO2409-1974标准设计制造的。适用于GB/T9286-98标准。它主要用于有机涂料划格法附着力的测定，不仅适用实验室，也可用于各种条件下的施工现场。本划格器有两种规格的多刃切割刀（1mm，2mm），按不同试验条件可选择。1mm间距的多刃切割刀适用于漆膜厚度＜60μm试片，2mm间距的多刃切割刀适用于漆膜厚度60～100μm的试片。 

   本仪器有四面刀刃供使用，当刀刃刃口锋利时可旋松船型螺母及顶部止推螺钉调换刀刃。 

主要技术参数 

1.多刃切割刀间距分别为：   1 mm  2mm

2.试验应在温度23℃±2℃和相对湿度50±5%中进行。

QFH Cross Hatch Cutter

QFH Paint Film Cross Hatch Cutter produced by our institute is in accordance with the specification of ISO2409-1974. It is applicable to determine the organic coatings adhesion by cross-hatching.

This instrument provides four side blades. When the blade edge is not sharp enough, users can loosen the boat type nut and top thrust screw to change the blade.

Main Technical Parameters

1. Multi-cutting blades spacing: 1 mm, 2 mm
2. Test should be done under the temperature 23℃±2℃and relative humidity 50±5%.
