项   目：成品LED节能灯老化线

一、   规   格：根据客户要求制作

二、   数   量：根据客户需要

三、    结构形式：采用链条输送，链板式灯头载放板，变频调速。

四、   功能特点：

a)      在常温和高温环境中，在不同恒值电压、峰值交替变化电压、恒值节拍冲击电压下，实现成品节能灯的老化。

b)     本老化线为上下层同时老化，上层设置为：室温下三个电压区；下层设置为：高温下三个电压区，上下层运行连续。

c)      具备节拍漫流功能，以供老化时间设置。即普通灯老化时间T=约40分钟；中档灯老化时间T=约50分钟；灯老化时间T=约1小时。（仅供参考）

d)     静止老化：在线体不运行的情况下，进行通电老化。

e)      采用独立电器控制柜，PLC老化检测系统，电压、节拍调校安全、方便。

五、   选材制作：

a)机身机架：机架采用40×40方管组焊制作，机身护边为铝合金型材，两侧封板为 δ=1.5mmA3冷板折边成型制作，封板嵌有玻璃观察窗，机脚采用镀锌可调脚杯，底层沿线有护网层用以保护节能灯掉落。

b)链    板：采用δ=1.8mmA3冷板折边成型，规格为：L800×W148mm，每块板配装12只E27型五爪弹簧夹式灯座，每块板座下配装有一个高灵敏度、用以短路保护的小型单极断路器，并在两端各装有一个导电铜块，确保链板在传送中始终保持通电状态，导电接触安全、可靠。链板颜色为黑色喷塑。

c)灯    座：为优质五爪弹簧夹式灯座，插取松紧适度，接触良好可靠。

d)动力装置：采用变频无级调速，东田牌1.5KW电机，嘉诚牌WPS100型1：100减速机，2HP信捷牌变频器调速，线速度为0—3m/min可调。

e)输送链条：采用C212A单侧折板链条，节距t=38.1mm。

f)导电配置：导电材料采用紫铜导电块和不锈钢导电轨，紫铜导电块固定在链板上，不锈钢导轨固定在机脚架上，导电轨下铺有电工绝缘板，杜绝设备漏电现象，线体上下层各设置有两路耐磨不锈钢导电轨。紫铜导电块与导电轨滑行接触不致打火磨损，延长设备的使用寿命。

g)下层温区：采用红外线电热管发热形式，设二段温区，共6支500W/支发热管，温区全自动恒温-60°控制，采用数显式温控仪。

h)电控配置：全线配一套PLC检测控制系统，电压、温控为数显式，电压配置为：

低压A区：15KW0-250V自藕式调压器1个

常压B区：15KW0-300V自藕式调压器2个

高压C区：15KW0-300V自藕式调压器2个

漫游冲击区;15KW0-300V自藕式调压器1个，可在设定时间内自动完成转换所有电压区电源电压的功能。上层A、B、C三个电压区，下层D、、E、F三个电压区，共六个电压区（12米计）。

i)急停开关：在取、装灯管段，在线体的两侧配有一个急停开关，用以安全保护。

j)遮光板：沿线体两侧配有可拆式遮光玻璃板。

六、   颜    色：电脑白色及天蓝色（可供客户选择）静电喷塑。
