- 电子镇流器、节能灯生产厂家大多用图示仪对晶体管进行测试，但图示仪读数不直观，没有自动报警功能，操作极其不便，不适合生产线大批检测使用。特别是漏电流及耐压测试非常麻烦，多数企业只能抽查，无法全检。而且，图示仪无法测试晶体管开关时间，用其控制质量就显得不够全面。针对这种情况，本公司结合电子镇流器的特殊要求，研制出UI9600A晶体管多功能筛选仪，这是传统图示仪的理想替代产品。
性能 Functions:
◆ 测量参数 Measure parameters：
放大倍数β(0~99)
开关时间 Switching time T (0.01μs~99.9μs)，包括上升时间，存储时间，下降时间 including Tr，Ts，Tf
饱和压降 VCES (0~2V)，正向压降 VBE (0~2V)
漏电流 Leakage current ICEO (0.1μA~3mA)
耐压 Withstand voltage BVCEO (50V~650V)
◆ 对测试的开关时间、β进行分档，可显示批号；对VCES、VBE、ICEO、BVCEO 进行超限判断，不合格的发出声光报警，并用指示灯指明不合格项

热敏参数 是衡量晶体管VBE，β，ICEO 等参数在常温和高温下的变化量，是晶体管的重要特性，受到越来越多的镇流器生产厂家重视。因为镇流器内部温度很高，高温下晶体管的VBE，β，ICEO 等参数会发生变化，如果变化量过大，将严重降低产品可靠性。
功能 Characteristics：
◆ 常温下测量的参数 Parameters measured under normal temperature:
放大倍数β(0~99)
开关时间 Switching time T (0.01μs~99.9μs)，包括上升时间，存储时间，下降时间 including Tr，Ts，Tf
饱和压降VCES (0~2V)，正向压降VBE (0~2V)
漏电流 Leakage current ICEO (0.1μA~3mA)
耐压 Withstand voltage BVCEO (50V~650V)
◆ 高温下测量的参数 Parameters measured under high temperature: β, VBE, ICEO
◆ 对比常温和高温下的两次测量结果，对β、VBE、ICEO 三项参数变化量超过一定范围的管子以声光报警，予以剔除
