在危险性区域内，正确使用防爆电气装置是极其重要的。为此，很多国家都对防爆电气装置的结构与用法作出了规定。GB 3836~2000爆炸性气体环境用电气设备的标准等效采用IEC60079，但高于IEC60079标准，根据我国的具体情况，在IEC60079基础上加上我国原标准的几个关键点，形成了GB 3836防爆标准的新特点。

M2JA系列(80~355)隔爆型电动机是上海ABB电机有限公司引进ABB公司21世纪新隔爆型电动机的制造技术，结合中国GB 3836-2000标准的特点而开发的、目前国内先进的工厂用4级隔爆电动机(Ex d llc)产品(温度组别T1~T4)。

Preamble

It is of vital importance to have a safe operation for electrical apparatus in hazardous zones. Therefore,many countries have set up rules for the design and operation of this specific apparatus. GB 3836-2000 is a set of Chinese standards for electrical apparatus in explosive gas zones. It is equivalent to IEC60079, but more demanding than IEC60079. The Chinese standards keep key points of its former version on the basis of IEC60079.

The R & D of M2JA series (80-355) flameproof motors is compatible with ABB's latest manufacturing technology and Chinese standards GB 3836-2000. The series can be credited with the most advanced flameproof motors (Ex d llC) for factory application in China (temperature class T1-T4).

技术特点：
★ 效率高
达到欧洲CEMEP-EU效率等级电机标准二级值，符合中华人民共和国国家标准GB18613-2002中小型三相异步电动机能效限定值。

★ 双频宽电压
电压范围220V~690V，适用50Hz和60Hz电源。

★ 噪声低
通过优化电磁设计、通风状况、结构尺寸等技术，M2JA系列电动机的噪声较低。

★ 轴承负载能力高
电动机选用深沟球轴承，寿命长，80-132中心高电动机为型润滑，160-355设有加油装置。

★ 可靠性好
电动机为全封闭风冷结构，防护等级IP55，材料及工艺符合环境要求。电动机机械强度高，坚固耐用，防锈防腐性强。
绕组可靠性好，采用F级绝缘结构，B级考核。並可根据用户需要增加PTC热敏电阻或热敏开关。

Method of Starting can be started on full voltage motors and
can be started with Y-△ starter or reactor.
Driving method: flexible coupling or spur gear can be used
for driving.
Insulation and temperature rise: class F. But the temp. rise
of the stator windings is limited at 8OK, i.e. treated as class B
(resistance method). Permissible working temp. of bearing
should not be over 95℃ (thermometer method).
Cooling method: IC 411

电压与性能参数：
M2JA系列电机采用宽电压设计，电机在各种电压工况下的效率、功率因数及转速略有变化。
50Hz： 220—240V／380-420V；380—420V／660-690V，△／丫接。
60Hz：460V：≤3kW，Y接；＞3kW，△接。
如用户需要特定工作电压，可按特殊要求供应。
