性能:

◆测量参数:放大倍数β(0~99)

　 开关时间T (0.01μs~99.9μs)，包括上升时间，存储时间，下降时间Tr，Ts，Tf

　 饱和压降 VCES (0~2V)，正向压降 VBE (0~2V)

　 漏电流ICEO (0.1μA~3mA)

　 耐压BVCEO (50V~650V)

◆对测试的开关时间、β进行分档，可显示批号；对VCES、VBE、ICEO、BVCEO 进行超限判断，

　 不合格的发出声光报警，并用指示灯指明不合格项

◆测试条件可按要求自由调节或设定

　　A. β测试 Ib 注入电流有三档: 0.1mA, 1mA, 10mA

　　B. 开关时间测试 Ic 电流有四档: 0.5A, 0.25A, 0.1A, 0.05A

　　对应 Ib电流为: 0.1A, 0.05A, 0.02A, 0.01A

　　C. 漏电流 ICEO 测试电压: 50~650V 连续可调

◆分档、超限判断可自由设定，掉电自动保存，仪器能同时保存20组数据，使用时只要调出其中一组即可

◆四窗口数字显示所测数据，读数直观

◆ classify the switching time, β of the test, the batch numbers can be displayed; and judge the overrun of VCES, VBE, ICEO, BVCEO

It will make sound and light alarm when there is nonconformity, and indicate the failure with indicator light

◆ The test conditions can be adjusted or set freely according to requirement

A. in β test, the Ib has three levels of input current: 0.1mA, 1mA, 10mA

B. in Switching time test, there are four levels of Ic current: 0.5A, 0.25A, 0.1A, 0.05A

The corresponding Ib current is: 0.1A, 0.05A, 0.02A, 0.01A

C. in Leaking Current, ICEO Test Voltage: 50 ~ 650V continuously adjustable

◆ the classification, overrun determination can be set freely  and it can be saved automatically when there is blackout, the instrument can save 20 sets of data at the same moment, and you may just open one of the sets upon use

◆ 4 windows digitally display the measured data, the readings are objective
