TSC型磁电式涡街流量计(以下简称磁电流量计)是根据法拉第电磁感应原理开发出来的新型产品,适用于石油、化工、电力、冶金、纺织等领域,尤其适用于油田注水、掺水、污水的输配计量。

TSC magnetic-electrical vortex flowmeter is a new designed product which is base on Faraday principle, it can be applied to petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, textile,etc. Especially the flow measurement of Oil blending, water injection, sewage.

 

主要特色Characteristics

 

仪表的变送与显示为一体,由锂电池供电,整机功耗极低,电池可连续工作一年以上。

Transmission and display of the instrumentation are integrated, it powered by lithium battery, with low power, and the battery can work continuously more than one year.

抗震性能强,因仪表检测的是流体通过磁场所产生的电动势,所以对来自管线径向或轴向震动不会对测量造成影响。

Good vibration resistance, the instrumentation tests electromotive force which arising from magnetic filed when fluid flow. so the vibration which come from radial and axial of pipe cannot affect the measurement.

TSC magnetic-electric principle of vortex flowmeter

TSC型磁电流量计是根据法拉第电磁感应原理工作的,当导电流体通过独特的,含有强磁力线通道时,就会产生电磁感应电动势,将电动势检出进行处理,即可实现对流体的测量。

TSC-type magnetic flow meter is based on the work of Faraday's electromagnetic induction principle, when the conductive fluid through unique channels containing strong magnetic field lines, it will produce electromagnetic induction electromotive force, after the force detected and processed, measurement of the fluid can be realized.

TSC型磁电流量计是由磁电式流量变送器和磁电式流量显示器两部分组成。

TSC-type magnetic flow meter is consists of 2 parts: magnetic-electric flow transmitter and magnetic-electric flow indicator.

 

磁电流量变送器Flow meter Converter

作用:流量变送器通过自身的结构将要检测的导电流体的感应电动势信号传送给流量显示器。
结构:流量变送器主要由壳体,非流线性柱体,检测器,磁钢等零部件组成。

Function: The transmitter transmit the induction signal which need to be test to fluid monitor by its structure.
Structure: Flow transmitter is consisted by shell, non-linear column, test, magnetic steel, etc.

 

流量显示器Fluid monitor

作用:流量显示器是将变送器输入的流体信号通过智能化处理后显示出流量数值,并可输出信号。
结构:流量显示器主要由壳体,后盖,导线引入装置等组成。壳体,后盖都为铝合金材料制造,壳体
      有显示窗口,壳体与后盖之间为螺纹联接,并加有密封圈。

Function: Fluid monitor is shown fluid value which is intelligent processed of transmitter input signal, and output signal.
Structure: the fluid monitor is consisted by shell, back cover, cable lead-in device,etc. the shell and back cover are made of Aluminum alloy, diaplay window in shell, shell and back cover is screw thead joint, and sealing ring is added.
