Needle Isolation Valves

Oliver Valves offer an extensive range of Needle Isolation Valves. Some of our most popular valve solutions include Angle Hand Valves, Compression Needle Isolaton Valves, Standard Needle Isolaton Valves, Firesafe Valves and Heavy Duty Needle Isolaton Valves. Rated to different pressures and temperatures, we work with our customers to ensure that our Valves fit into both new and existing projects.

Oliver Valves needle valves provide the user with a metal to metal seating and small bore isolation valve for many applications without having to resort to  larger and more expensive globe valves.

The needle valve is supplied as standard with a none rotating tip to allow linear closure while eliminating galling.

Oliver Valves' standard needle valves are rated to 413bar (6,000psi), but can be rated at 689bar (10,000psi) with a top-end of up to 1034bar (15,000psi). The range of pressures allows our customers to benefit from a wide range of needle Isolaton valves which are suited for a specific purpose. Our Needle valves are also available with both male and female threaded and welding connections in a range of different materials.

Oliver Valves also offer Miniature Needle Valves. Our Miniature Needle Valves are capable of withstanding up to 10,000 PSI and temperatures of -29C to 180C. To learn more about our miniature needle valves, click here.

Our Single Isolating Firesafe Needle Valves are available in both female x female and male x female configurations. Sizes range from 1/4" to 1" and the valves will operate at pressures of up to 6,000 psi.

Our Single Isolating Heavy Duty Needle Valves are available in both female x female and male x female configurations. Sizes range from 1/4" to 1" and the valves will operate at pressures of up to 15,000 psi.

Our Single Isolating Compression Valves are available in a range of both metric and imperial sizes. The valves will operate at pressures up to 10,000 psi.

Our Angle type Single Isolating Needle Valves are available in a range of sizes and will operate at pressures of up to 10,000 psi. Numerous different materials and a variety of options are available to suit your requirements.
