This article comparative analysis the impact characteristics of the Fluorescent Lamps Load and Self - ballasted Lamp Load ,get several important conclusions:

 

119.2的冲击特性测试只是定性的测试,不同批次测试结果会有差异;19.3的冲击特性测试是定量的测试,其测试结果具备一致性。

The impact characteristic test of chapter 19.2 in standard is only a qualitative test, different batches has different test results ; The impact characteristic test of chapter 19.3 in standard is quantitative test, the test results are consistent.

2建议标准取消19.2项的测试;同时建议将19.3项3C强制化以确保产品测试结果的一致性。

     It is recommended to cancel the test of 19.2 ;and suggest to applicate 3C certification of the test 19.3 for ensure consistency of product test results
