叶片泵的安装
叶片泵的安装同齿轮泵。
①叶片泵的旋转方向及安装方式叶片泵出厂前在装配时,都是按着顺时针旋转方向组装的。不允许逆时针运转使用(从轴端观察〕。
叶片泵从结构上可分为车辆叶片泵、变量叶片泵和定量叶片泵、双级叶片泵以及双联叶片泵多种。安装方式基本为法兰安装式,而榆次液压件厂生产的叶片泵有脚架式的〔在订货时应注明)。
② 叶片泵用安装体与电动机连接叶片泵与电动机(发动机)连接驱动时,要采用"安装体"结构,如图1-8所示,其一端法兰与叶片泵的法兰连接,用4个(有的泵用2个)内六角螺钉紧固牢, 另一大端与V系列电动机B5或B35型的端法兰连接牢固,采用这种安装形式可使其两轴的同轴度不存在误差,其转动时也无噪声,是延长泵的使用寿命的理想途径。
叶片泵的输人轴不能承受轴向力和径向力,因此安装联轴器时,不准用铁捶敲打装配,联轴器内孔采用二级间隙配合为宜,在键槽180°方向钻一个M6-M10mm的螺纹孔,用螵钉止住窜动。
采用脚架式叶片泵时,严禁用带轮或链轮直接传动,亦要用联轴器与驱动机轴连接,两个轴的同轴度误差应控制在0.05-0.1mm以内,角度误差不大于0.5°,两轴间应留有3mm 距离。
③ 叶片泵的安装位置叶片泵应安装在油面以下,并应靠近油箱,在吸油側安装一个
过滤为50~80μm迅的线隙式滤油器。由于条件所限,叶片泵须安装在油面以上时,其吸油高度应距油位,不大于500mm。这种安装方法,对吸油连接管路接头,须注意密封良好,若密封不良时,易造成叶片泵吸人少许空气,而摻杂有气泡的破裂声,严重时油箱内有气泡。
滤油器规格如下:
叶片泵的吸油滤油器,应采用泵流量的两,允许吸人真空度不大于0.013Mpa。在系统中的回路上,应设置过滤不大于20~30μm的回油滤油器,当新安装的系统工作10~20h后,可将回油滤油器拆开,取出滤芯,其内部有氧化皮、电焊渣、铁屑、砂粒和橡胶碎块等杂质,这些杂物是安装系统时未清理净的或液压件内部存留的,经压力的振动和流体的冲击而集中在回油滤油器内,若无回油滤油器时,则集中在油箱下部。
