性能介绍:
1)、每路一块“微机控制单元”(真正的分路控制——一套系统控制多路时系统出问题时影响各路——现有些产品就用一套系统控制多路)微型计算机控制,可以在系统计算机不开机的情况下单独设定、控制本路压力、、时间等参数;时实显示压力、时间、状态(八个)并将各参数数据存储。(系统计算机脱机时数据丢失压力数据——现有些产品脱机时据等于此段时间试验白做);同时判别升压、补压、泄压、过压、运行、结束、泄漏、爆裂八种试验状态;自动判别“试验时间”(压力在设定控压公差带内的时间)“无效时间”“剩余时间”等时间参数。同时自动调整“设定时间”与“时间”的关系使试验只有在“时间”“设定时间”时试验才自动停止(晚上节假日等时段内出现“故障时间”“无效时间”时系统在时间不到时停机)
2)、电磁阀,每路二支。由于采用了与德国、丹麦同步的按压方式,一支升补压电阀可根据程序和试验情况,分别改变动作频率和动作时间,使PE大口径试样的快速准确补压得以实现。使设备适用范围广(Ф20—Ф630PE管)控压高(±1%可达±0.001Mpa)的要求。
3)、丹麦水用压力站一套,比国产水用试压泵和有些厂家产品配的气驱水泵(得用气体驱动水)流量大、性能更好,寿命更长噪音低且不用气泵(源)。
4)、航天部高传感器每路一支,分辩率0.001Mpa及按压设定值为±0.001Mpa。
5)、每路还有管路单向阀调流阀若干。
6)、多行数字显示液晶屏、多道贮存通讯(含U盘贮存)、通讯协议更广泛,表现在可和电脑(PC)、可编程控制器(PLC)、触摸屏等大多显示终端通讯

本机特点及组成:
1、特点
1)、可连续无障碍工作,了试验的完整性;
2)、支路间相互,便于操作和维护;
3)、单独配备加压水箱,使用纯净水通过主加压泵往管材试样中补压,了管路中的水质,了管路件(如电磁阀、针阀、截止阀、单向阀)的使用寿命;
4)、使用自主研发的、的、脉冲占空比补压技术,将升压环节和补压环节合二为一,减少了一个支路及器件,也就减少了器件损坏的几率;
5)、使用台湾产柱塞泵,噪音低,补压快,工作时间短,间接了柱塞泵的使用寿命;
6)、在仪表控制基础上配PC机(即计算机),采用串口与仪表联接。

2、设备的组成说明:
本试验机由压力控制系统、压力源、恒温介质箱、夹具和计算机五部分组成。
1)、压力控制系统在控制柜中由加压管路和电器控制两部分组成。加压管路由蓄能器、电磁阀、单向阀、过滤器、手动针阀、连接管路等部件组成。电器控制部分由数字控压压力表、温度控制仪表、压力传感器、电磁阀、继电器、过热保护器、各种开关等组成。
2)、压力源用来对主压力系统按试验条件提供总压力。
3)、恒温介质箱主要由箱体、循环泵、加热器、冷凝器和温度控制系统组成。箱体由不锈钢内胆、喷塑外壳体(或不锈钢)、保温层、试样支架和箱盖组成。
4)、夹具为A型,的设计试夹具的拆装更方便自如;楔型配合螺纹夹紧装置使夹紧力更大。本系列夹具具有结构合理、夹紧速度快、密封、拆卸方便的特点。
5)、计算机配备的是品牌机,通过串口与控制柜相连。品牌机是联保,各地网点均可维护。
工作原理
该机的工作原理是:
1)、设定主压力仪表的控制压力和范围,使压力源提供高于支路压力的2~3MPa的压力储存在蓄能器中。
2)、按照试样的环应力要求计算试验压力,并依此设定支路压力仪表的控制压力和范围,运行后仪表控制电磁阀全导通,使试样的压力上升。设定压力时进入补压阶段。
3)、补压阶段时电磁阀依据仪表数据断续导通,使压力源蓄能器中的压力补充进试样中。
4)、压力源的压力下降到设定压力下,柱赛泵启动工作到上停止。
5)、本机同时具有运行、停止、渗漏预警、破裂识别等功能,实现操作人员在试验过程中可脱离实验现场。当试样出现渗漏、破裂时自动报警并自动关闭该路,其它各路试验继续正常进行,直到试验完成。在同类机型中具有优良的性能价格比,是替代的理想产品。
6)、该机有串口可外配计算机,绘制压力时间曲线,可实时查询控压值,可打印输出报表,可代替人工职守,可当计算机机停止工作时,仪表仍然可继续工作。但计算机机不直接控制电磁阀,须经过仪表控制,试验时仪表不可停止工作。在做试验过程中,还可关闭计算机机做其它商务业务,主机正常工作。当主机与计算机连通时,主机自动将数送给计算机机,对试验不产生任何影响。
6)、水箱为主箱内加热可加热管的寿命,体外循环使水箱中的水温均匀。恒温介质水箱分单热式和制冷制热式两种规格。本机为室温至95℃
