工作原理：

在安装SMC注意进出口不得装反。配管处不得有泄露。维修时，密封件不得损伤。过滤SMC真空器进口压力不要超过0.5MPa，这点可通过调节减压阀和节流阀来保证。SMC真空流速不大，空气中的水分不会凝结，故改器无需分水功能，不要用AF系列过滤器取代ZF系列过滤器，避免变差。

SMC是将从大气中吸入的污染物（主要是尘埃）收集起来，以防止真空系统中的元件受污染而出现故障。故吸盘与真空发生器（或真空阀）之间，应设置真空过滤器。真空发生器的排气口、真空阀的吸气（或排气口）和真空泵的排气口也都应装上，这不仅降低噪声而且能起过滤作用，以提高真空系统工作的可靠性。
