三、 主要技术参数及组成equipment main component technic parameter：

1、开卷机uncoiler：

采用双锥开卷机，载重10T，单向手动调节及电动压紧固定卷带。由双锥面，转动轴，滑动机架，轴孔座，调节螺杆，底座等组成。摆线针轮减速机3kw电机。采用传动调节丝杆固定卷带。

Use double-cone uncoiler, rated load is 10t,one-way manual adjust and electric press to fixation the coil. Consist of doule-cone surface, rotating shaft, sliding frame, boss, adjusting screw ,chassis and etc.. Cycloidal pin wheel reducer 3KW motor, use transmission adjusting screw to fixation coil.

2、动力九辊整平机power 9-roller leveling machine：

前对辊夹送，后七辊校平，可保证板材平整，便于冲孔，确保冲孔。手动调节对辊及整平辊，齿轮传动。由轴，机座齿轮，制动器，减速机，电机等组成。墙板材质为A3钢板加工；辊轴材质为40Cr，淬火处理HRC54，整体淬火；齿轮高频淬火；用?300制动器；ZQ350减速机；11kw-6极电机。

Front two opposite rollers for clamping and conveying, back 7 rollers for leveling, which can ensure the leveling and flatness of sheet material, and convenient for punching, therefore ensure the punching hole precision. Manual adjust opposite rollers and  leveling rollers, gear transmission. Consist of shaft, engine base gear, braking device, reducer, motor and etc..Wall plate material use A3 steel plate machining. Roller material is 40Cr, quenching treatment HRC54, whole body use quenching treatment. Gear high frequency quenching, use ?300 braking device, ZQ350 reducer, 11kw-6-pole motor.

3、 液压冲孔机 hydraulic punching machine：（外购purchased）

采用YL32-315四柱液压机，配冲孔模具三波1付，可冲十孔与九孔。冲模材质Cr12MoV，硬度为HRC58-60。

Use YL32-315 four column hydraulic machine, with punching mould three-wave one set, which is applicable for both 10 holes and 9 holes. Punch dies material use Cr12MoV, hardness is HRC58-60.
