　　1、冲洗系统管路：如果系统是全新的，在安装反渗透膜之前需充分冲洗系统管路，以避免碎片、溶剂、或余氯等与膜元件接触。

　　2、清洁压力容器：在安装反渗透膜之前需清洁压力容器的内部，防止污垢或碎片沉积在膜元件外表面。建议用海绵球浸入50%的甘油溶液后，采用合适的工具在膜壳内部来回擦洗，将膜壳内壁清洁干净。在清洁过程中，要注意不让工具划伤膜壳内表面。
