YI-10/6000气动金刚石链条锯(矿用气动链条锯)，是我公司经过多年的探索，开发出的新型切割与开槽工具。

气动金刚石链条锯由进口金刚石链条锯头、液压胶管总成、自加压冷却水箱三大部分组成，液压胶管总成将气源和金刚石链条锯连接起来，气源提供的气压驱动金刚石链条锯高速运转，进行切割。工作时，冷却水通过链板中间的孔流向切割部位，起到冷却和降尘的作用。

气动金刚石链条锯可用于岩石、矿山开采，用于密闭墙的砌筑，也可用于救援时的混凝土与岩石破拆。

气动金刚石链条锯所需要的气源可以是通风管道或空气压缩机（链条锯接受的压力为5-7公斤）。

气动金刚石链条锯(矿用气动链条锯)产品特点

气动型金刚石链条锯，气源容易获取；

切割速度快，转速达到6000r/min；

相对于液压链条锯，可远距离操作，达到200米，液压链条锯连接的液压油管不能超过20米；

因为是低压驱动（气源压力小于7公斤），所以相对于液压链条锯，不存在漏油等问题；

重量轻便，单人即可操作。 

常见问题

Q:目前已经有液压金刚石链条锯，为何还推出气动金刚石链条锯？

A: 液压金刚石链条锯存在笨重，难以长距离操作、若不能解决密封的问题，还有时漏油，但气动金刚石链条锯就不存在这些问题，它仅10公斤的重量，单人就可操作，距离气源可达到200米。

Q:气动金刚石链条锯的动力是什么？井下如何解决？

A:：压缩空气。1、通风管道提供压缩空气2、若就近没有通风管道，配备空气压缩机也可以。
