1.尖点测试器调校程序
  a.顺时针旋转/松开/锁环。
  b.顺时针转动尾盖，直到红色指示灯亮。
  c.逆时针慢慢转动尾盖，直到指示灯刚好熄灭。
  d.向前/后转动尾盖，确定指示灯刚好亮时确切位置。
  e.参考尾盖上的微米刻度线标注校正的位置。
  f.逆时针转动尾盖5格刻度线（帽上两短线之间的距离为一格）。
  g.扭紧锁环，直至紧靠尾盖。
2.尖点测试程序
  a.样品在进行尖点测试前必须在室温为23±2℃、湿度为20%～70%的环境内放置4小时。
  b.将放入尖点测试器测量槽内/握住测试物/垂直自由的施加共重1LBS（4.5N）的力，通过测试量槽位至测试。
判定：测试灯亮则为不合格

a.顺时针旋转/松开/锁环。

A. clockwise / release / lock ring.

b.顺时针转动尾盖，直到红色指示灯亮。

B. clockwise rotating tail cover, until the red indicator light.

c.逆时针慢慢转动尾盖，直到指示灯刚好熄灭。

C. clockwise slowly turn the tail cover, until the light was extinguished.

d.向前/后转动尾盖，确定指示灯刚好亮时确切位置。

D. forward / back turn tail cover, determine the indicator lamp just bright when the exact location.

e.参考尾盖上的微米刻度线标注校正的位置。
