工作原理：

智能型零功率PTC热敏电阻器是由电压开关元件与PTC热敏电阻器组合而成的具有复合功能的智能型元件，在节能灯、电子镇流器上起延时启动作用。利用灯管启辉电压高、工作电压低的特点，选用工作电压高于灯管工作电压、低于灯管启辉电压的电压开关元件，在灯管启辉时电压开关元件导通，电流通过PTC元件使其阻值产生剧烈变化而使灯管点亮，灯管点亮后电压回落到正常工作电压，此时电压开关元件关断不再有电流通过，该智能型元件不再消耗电能，达到零功率的目的。

优点：

智能型零功率PTC热敏电阻器的优点是在灯正常工作时，不消耗电能使节能灯、电子镇流器的效率更高；

由于在工作中PTC元件无电流通过因此不会产生热量，有利于节能灯、电子镇流器的稳定工作，寿命更长。
