● 安全说明:
1、注意:该激光二极管发射的激光为不可见光,有可能对人眼造成伤害。激光管工作时,严禁直接注视其端面。
2、激光管需要合适的驱动电源,瞬时反向电流不能超过 25μA,反向电压不能超过 2V,否则会损坏激光管。
接通电源前先插好激光管,电源初始输出电压应为零,电流调节时应缓慢增加或减少,防止电流冲击损坏激光管。
测试激光管:插入或拔起激光管必须在断电后进行。切勿带电插/拔激光管,否则激光管将会损坏、失效。
3、激光管应当存放或工作于干燥环境,以防止结露,结露会损坏激光管。
4、在较高温度下工作,会增大阈值电流,降低转换效率,加速激光管的老化。
5、输出功率高于指定参数工作,会加速激光管老化。
6、激光管需要充分散热或在制冷条件下使用。
7、激光二极管属于静电敏感器件,应做好防静电措施,在人体有良好接地的情况下方可拿取,否则激光管很容易被静电击穿,造成激光管失效。防静电可配带防静电手腕带。
