本机控制器系统采用日本三菱PLC，操作面板采用人机对话界面，界面为中英文（可选）显示，采用单片机集成电路控制、高精密度拔码式开关、焊接初级回路采用双向水冷可控硅控制等先进技术，从而更能保证电流输出平稳、可靠。并采用优化设计、高导电磁材料制作，致使设备在空载时损耗低、功率输出更强劲、稳定、寿命更长。
