产品是按GB/T 12527-2008《额定电压1kV及以下架空绝缘电缆》标准生产。
The product is manufactured according to the standards of GB/T 12527-《Aerial insulated cables of rated voltages up to and including 1 kV》 。

二  使用特性    Operating characteristic
●         额定电压U0/U为0.6/1kV。
Rated voltage U0/U：0.6/1kV。
●         电缆导体的长期允许工作温度：
聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯绝缘架空电缆：70℃；
交联聚乙烯绝缘架空电缆：90℃。
Max. permissible continuous temperature :
PVC、PE insulated aerial cables ：70℃；
XLPE insulated aerial cables：90℃。
●         短路时(长持续时间不超过5秒)电缆导体的温度：
聚氯乙烯绝缘架空电缆：160℃；
聚乙烯绝缘架空电缆：130℃；
交联聚乙烯绝缘架空电缆：250℃。
Max. short-circuit temperature of the conductor shall not exceed：
PVC insulated aerial cables ：160℃；
PE insulated aerial cables ：130℃；
XLPE insulated aerial cables：250℃。
●         电缆敷设时环境温度应不低于-20℃。
The installation ambient temperature should not below -20℃。
●         电缆的允许弯曲半径：
电缆外径(D)小于25mm时，应不小于电缆外径的4倍；
电缆外径(D)等于或大于25mm时，应不小于电缆外径的6倍。
The bending radius of cables are recommend as follows：
When the diameter of cables less than 25mm：not less than 4 times the diameter of cables；
When the diameter of cables not less than 25mm：not less than 6 times the diameter of cables。
●            当电缆使用于交流系统时，电缆的额定电压至少应等于该系统的额定电压；当电缆使用于直流系统时，该系统的额定电压应不大于电缆额定电压的1.5倍。
When the cables use in alternating current system，rated voltage of cables should be at least equal the rated voltage of the system；When the cables use in direct current system，rated voltage of the system should be not greater than 1.5 times of the rated voltage of the cables。
