　　材料：钨，钨铼或Berylium铜。所有的钨及钨铼探头镀镍足以让一个小的焊接时间在低温焊料焊接
　　直径：标准是3到30密耳（75um至750um）应要求其他尺寸
　　锥度：精密到0.5um
　　圆锥：直线或抛物线。所有的针完成了抛光，磨砂或半抛光。直或预弯可用
