一、概述

JD系列型高计量皮带秤，采用全悬浮称重结构，动太累计误差小于±0。25%，适用于对产品生产过程控制和产量及瞬时流量累计的监控作用。适用于冶金、水泥、矿山、煤炭、火力发电，港口粮食妙建材等行业散状物料的计量。

二、组成

JD型系列计量皮带秤组成，三组或多组托辊秤重加，高传感器，测速编码器，900K皮带秤控制显示器。

三、原理

JD型计量皮带秤，称重桥架可以直接安装在各种不同宽度的皮带输送机架内，由多个传感器把秤架托起，全悬浮结构。秤架采用特厚方管设计，有足够的刚性和自身重量，保证事个秤架的稳定性，该称重桥架适应皮带宽度400~2200mm宽，输送速度0。1~4m/s。

III. Principle

The weighing bridge of the JD Metering belt conveyor scale series can be directly installed in the belt conveyors of different widths, several sensors support the scale frame and the fully levitated structure is adopted. The design of square tube of extra thickness is adopted for the scale frame, by which it’s equipped with enough rigidity and self weight to provide the stability for the entire scale frame, and the weighing bridge of which is suitable for the belt width ranging from 400-200mm, the speed ranging from 0.1-4m/s.
