电子镇流器、节能灯生产厂家大多用图示仪对晶体管进行测试，但图示仪读数不直观，没有自动报警功能，操作极其不便，不适合生产线大批检测使用。特别是漏电流及耐压测试非常麻烦，多数企业只能抽查，无法全检。而且，图示仪无法测试晶体管开关时间，用其控制质量就显得不够全面。针对这种情况，本公司结合电子镇流器的特殊要求，研制出UI9600A晶体管多功能筛选仪，这是传统图示仪的理想替代产品。

性能 Functions:

◆ 测量参数 Measure parameters：
放大倍数β(0~99)
开关时间 Switching time T (0.01μs~99.9μs)，包括上升时间，存储时间，下降时间 including Tr，Ts，Tf
饱和压降 VCES (0~2V)，正向压降 VBE (0~2V)
漏电流 Leakage current ICEO (0.1μA~3mA)
耐压 Withstand voltage BVCEO (50V~650V)
◆ 对测试的开关时间、β进行分档，可显示批号；对VCES、VBE、ICEO、BVCEO 进行超限判断，不合格的发出声光报警，并用指示灯指明不合格项
