初粘性试验机Initial Viscosity Tester

设计标准：GB/T4852 ,CNS11888  (A法)

          GB/T4852,PSTC-7     (B法)

用途：胶带初粘性滚球试验机分为A法和B法两种机型，适用于压敏胶粘带的初粘性测试。

A法：将不同大小之钢球在斜面上滚动100mm在接触胶带，利用胶带之粘着特性，钢球停止记录钢球之号数及在胶带上之距离来判断其初始粘性。

B法：提供一个固定角度之钢球助轨跑道，再利用规定尺寸钢球被胶带粘住前所滚过之距离，来判断胶带之初期粘性。

 Use: This BALL TESTER have A , B two kinds of machine, which applicable to pressure sensitive adhesive tapes of initial adhesion test.

    Method A:Let different size of the ball rolling 100mm on the slant then contact the tape , using the features of adhesive tape and the stop records of the steel ball’s numbers and the distance from the tape to determine its initial viscosity.

    Method B:To provide a fixed angle of the steel ball‘srun-up track, re-use the measurement steel ball’s rolling distance before it sticked by the tape to determine the initial sticky tape.
