HFM Series Moleculoy® Alloy wire strain gages provide a “no shelf life” alternative for
elevated temperature dynamic strain gage requirements. Moleculoy is a non-magnetic
75/20-nickel chromium alloy modified with cobalt and aluminum. The flattened and
heat-treated Moleculoy grid eliminates the need for a grid carrier during storage,
virtually eliminating shelf life. The standard chromel leads are installed inboard. This
feature combined with a narrow pitch reduces grid size to a minimum. Convoluted leads
also available.

HFM 系列 Moleculoy 合金导线应变片为增高温度动态测试环境提供“无保质期”的选择。
Moleculoy是非磁性75/20镍合金加钴和氧化铝。平直热处理的Moleculoy丝栅似的存储时
不再需要丝栅承载器,实质上消除了保质期。标准镍铬合金引线内侧安装。这一特征与窄间
距结合在一起能使丝栅极尺寸小化。卷绕引线也有供应。

注意:
1. 供应的应变片装载玻璃显微镜片上,每片一个,每包5片。
2. 所有应变片都可用火焰喷涂、Rokide、或陶瓷粘接技术。
3. 为得到结果,安装未加热处理的应变片。在安装后进行热处理达1到3个小时 (1050
到1350℉下)。这个热处理可减少安装时的多余应力,提高使用寿命。
