用于测定各种高聚物在粘流状态时熔体流动速率MFR值,它既
适用于熔融温度较高的聚碳酸酯、聚芳砜、氟塑料、尼龙等工程
塑料,也适用于聚乙烯(PE)、聚苯乙烯（PS）、聚丙烯(PP)、ABS
树脂、聚甲醛（POM）、聚碳酸酯(PC)树脂等熔融温度较低的塑料
测试,广泛地应用于塑料生产,塑料制品、石油化工等行业以及相关
院校、科研单位和商检部门。
XNR-400A溶融指数仪适用于《GB/T3682-2000热塑性塑料熔体
质量流动速率和熔体体积流动速率的测定》标准中对规定的热塑
性塑料熔体质量流动速率的测定,本标准等同采用了ISO 1133：1997
的规定。 主体为台式结构、设计合理性能稳定、外形美观、操作
方便,采用了、高控制仪表具有采样高,控制速率快的特
点,使用了模糊的PID算法进行恒温控制。

一、合标准

该仪器执行/T5456标准要求，适用GB/T3682、ASTM D1238、ISO1133等标准。
