一、用途 Application

  该产品是在吸收国内外先进技术的基础上开发的新一代检测电线、电缆的橡皮塑料护套层缺陷的专用设备。由上海电缆研究所监制，并经上海电线电缆专用测试设备检测站检测，各项技术指标均达到B/T4278.10-93标准的规定，满足GB3048标准使用条件。

This product is the new special equipment for detecting the defects in the rubber plastic sheath of wire and electric cable with the assistance of the advanced technology at home and abroad. Supervised by Shanghai Electric Cable Research Institute and tested by Shanghai electric cable equipments special test station, the technical indicators meet the B/T4278.10-93 standards and the use conditions of GB3048 standards.

二、结构特点 Structural features

  该机具有极高的过载能力，击穿点明显，击穿灵敏度小于600μA，设有自动计数，自动报警，在线复绕选择、输出控制触点等功能。

This tester owns such functions as high overload capacity, obvious breakdown point, and the sensitivity of the highest breakdown less than 600μA, automatic counting, automatic alarming, online double wrap selection and output control contact.
