动平衡机系列产品简述

 

    随着我国机械装备工业迅猛发展，各类旋转机械广泛应用于日常生产中。由于转子不平衡的因素，直接涉及了人身安全和设备的可靠运行。因此，现代工业都将旋转机械进行动态的平衡已成为制造过程中的一道不可缺少的工序。

    我公司近期研制了通用硬支承圈带传动方式DPQ系列和万向联轴节传动方式DPW系列。其特点选用灵敏度高、抗干扰、输出量大、性能可靠、体积小的压电传感器。测量系统采用单片机和计算机技术，采样、检测、转速、相位、不平衡量显示直观，并能记忆。且因具有工作效率高、测量系统稳定而获得客户的好评。

    公司注重产品质量和服务质量，坚决贯彻“质量卓越，服务完善”的质量方针，客户满意才是检验企业和产品的标准。

Our company recently developed general hard support ring belt transmission way DPQ series and gimbal couplings transmission mode DPW series。Measurement system adopts single-chip microcomputer and computer technology, sampling, testing, rotational speed, phase and unbalance show intuitional, and memory.And because of its high efficiency, measurement system is stable and been well received by customers.
