测力佳测力佳超载限制器是由传感器、运算放大器、控制执行器和载荷指示计等部分组成，将显示、控制和报警功能集于一身。当起重机起吊物品时，传感器产生变形，把载荷重量转化为电信号，经过运算放大，指示出载荷的数值。当载荷达到额定值的 90%时，发出预警信号；当载荷超过额定载荷时，切断起升机构的动力源。 　　通过对吊车的起升结构的取力（重量传感器）反馈到该仪表中进行采集，对比，读取，判断后显示当前重量并对其进行相应工况指示，超过额定重量后快速切断吊车吊钩起升回路，使吊车不能起吊重物，从而达到保护吊车及操作人员安全的目的。 　　泛用于桥式类型起重机和升降机。有些臂架类型起重机（如塔式起重机、门座起重机）。
