一、 概述
配备ZY-2000型控制器的变频气绝缘携带式X射线探伤机是北京美泰科仪检测仪器有限公司推出的换代产品。这种新型的控制器除了具有体积小、重量轻、携带方便、操作简单、故障自检等特点外,尤其具备了抗干扰能力强,工作稳定性好,运行可靠等优点。随着这种新型探伤机的不断推广和应用,该系列探伤机一定会受到广大用户的欢迎和认可。
这种携带式X射线探伤机可广泛应用于造船、机械制造、航空、铁路、压力容器、锅炉、石油、化工、国防工业等部门,进行无损伤探伤。特别适用于施工现场和高空作业。
X射线无损探伤是利用材料厚度的不同对X射线的吸收程度产生差异,通过X射线透照摄片,从软片上显示材料、零部件及焊缝的内部缺陷。再根据缺陷的性质,大小和部位来评定材料或产品的质量。
在本系列探伤机中,X射线发生器采用SF6气体绝缘和阳极接地,电风扇强迫冷却;控制器采用了先进的微机控制系统,可控硅模块调压,主、副可控硅逆变控制及稳压、稳流等先进的电子线路,抗干扰线路。整机性能得到了显著地提高。
I. General
The frequency-converted and gas-insulated portable X-ray NDT equipment with ZY–2000 controller, is one of upgrading generation of the products by the Mitech Co.,Ltd. Besides of its advantages of small size, light weight, easy to use, simple operation and self-troubleshooting, this new type of controller has the excellent performance of strongly interference-free capability, good working stability and operating reliability. With the popularization and spreading application of this new type NDT X-ray equipment all over the country, it has been recognized and welcomed by the customers from different industries
This portable X-ray NDT equipment can be used in the fields of ship-building, mechanical manufacturing, aviation, railroad, pressure vessel, boiler, petroleum, chemical and national defense, performing the non-destructive testing, especially at the construction site or high above the ground applications.
The X-ray NDT equipment is used to show the internal discontinuity or faults of materials, products or welding from a radiographic image on a film, according to the principle of the different absorption of the X-ray for different material depending on the different thickness of the materials. We can evaluate the quality of materials and products based upon the characters, size and position of the discontinuity or faults.
In this series of products, the X-ray generator is furnished with SF6 gas as an insulation, electric fan for forced cooling, the controller is equipped with the advanced microprocessor controlling system, SCR modules for voltage regulation, converting modules to control the primary and secondary side of the SCR as well as the advanced electronic circuits of voltage & current stabilization and interference-free .Thus, the performance of the complete equipment has been improved remarkably.

三、 系统构成
每种型号的X射线探伤机均是由控制器、X射线发生器、电源电缆、连接电缆及附件组成。
1、控制器
(1)控制器为手提箱式结构。所在操作按钮均设置在面板上。电缆插座、电源开关及接地端子设在右侧面的插座盒内。控制器示意图见附图。
(2)控制器内部主要包括下列部件:
A、KV控制板;
B、mA控制板;
C、微机控制板(包括计时显示、故障代码显示);
D、保护板;
E、可控硅高压模块
F、LC滤波器;
G、主、副可控硅逆变系统;
H、冷却风扇。
2、X射线发生器
(1)X射线发生器为组合式。X射线管、高压变压器与绝缘气体(SF6)一起封装在桶状铝壳内。X射线发生器一端装有风扇和散热器。警示灯亮表示探伤机系统进入准备工作状态,将有X射线产生(在产生X射线期间,警示灯仍一直亮)。发生器示意图见附图。
(2)X射线发生器主要包括下列部件:
A、X射线;
B、高压变压器;
C、温度继电器;
D、气体压力表;
E、连接电缆插座;
F、警示灯;
G、X射线管冷却风扇;
H、充、放气阀。
III. System Structure
Each model of X-ray NTD equipment is composed of the controller, X-ray generator, power cable, connecting cable and cable accessories.
1. Controller
1). The controller is shaped like a suitcase. All operative buttons are furnished on the front panel while the cable socket, main switch and earthing terminal are located inside the control box on the right side of it. The schematic drawing of the controller refers to the Drawings.
2). The controller includes the parts as below internally:
A. kV control board;
B. mA control board;
C. Microprocessor control board;
D. Protective circuit board;
E. SCR Voltage-regulation modules;
F. LC filter;
G. Primary and secondary SCR inverter system;
H. Cooling fan;
2. X-ray Generator
1). The X-ray generator is of the module type. The X-ray tube, HV transformer and insulated gas (SF6) are encapsulated in an aluminum shell of sylindrical shape. The fan and heat radiator are mounted on one end of the X-ray generator. When the warning lamp lighting on, it means the X-ray NDT equipment is under the stand-by condition and X-ray will be produced (The warning lamp keeps lighting on in the whole course of producing the X-ray). The schematic drawing of the controller refers to the Drawings.
2). The X-ray generator mainly includes the parts as below
A. X-ray tube;
B. HV transformer;
C. Temperature relay;
D. Pressure meter for gas;
E. Socket for connecting cable;
F. Warning lamp;
G. Cooling fan for the X-ray tube;
H. Charge and discharge valves for gas.
四、工作原理简述
1、本机控制器采用可控硅单相桥式整流电器,整流后的电压经LC滤波回路变为平滑直流电压。该电压经可控硅斩波回路变成频率可变的单方向脉冲,送给高压脉冲变压器做为X射线发生器的电源。毫安(mA)稳定单元可以随X射线管灯丝电压的提高或降低改变单向脉冲的频率,以保证X射线管管电流的稳定。千伏(kV)控制单元可以连续控制管电压的高低,以适应不同材料的摄片要求。抗干扰回路增强了控制系统免受来自X射线发生器高电压冲击的能力。
2、X射线发生器系防电击式。X射线管阳极接地,并设有过温保护装置。一旦出现温度过高现象,控制器能自动切断高压,以防止X射线管因过热而损坏。
3、电源电压波动可通过控制器本身自动调整,以保证获得稳定的X射线。曝光时间及整机状态由单片微型计算机进行控制,曝光时间长可预置为5分钟。
IV. Working Principle
1. The controller of the equipment adopts the single-phase SCR bridge-rectifying circuit and the rectified voltage turns to the smooth dc voltage by means of the LC filter. This voltage converts to the frequency-adjustable square-wave pulse with single flow direction, becoming
the electrical supply of the X-ray generator to power the HV pulse transformer. The mA stabilizing unit will change the frequency of the single-phase pulse against the voltage increase or decrease of the X-ray tube filament, to ensure the stable current in the X-ray tube. The kV regulating unit can continuously control the voltage up and down, to meet with the different radiographic requirements for different materials .The interference-free circuit improves the shock- resistance capability to protect the control system from the HV shock from the X-ray generator.
2. The X-ray generator is equipped with the electric shock absorber. The anode of X-ray tube is connected to the ground and an over temperature protection device is furnished.. Once the over-temperature occurs, the controller is able to shut off the HV automatically to prevent the X-ray tube being damaged from the over temperature.
3. The voltage fluctuation of power supply can be regulated automatically by the controller itself, ensuring to get a stable X-ray. The exposure time and operation status of the complete equipment is controlled by the microprocessor. The longest exposure time can be set to 5 min.
五、安装使用
a) 安装
(1) 拆箱后,请按装箱单清点验收,并检查各部分有无损坏或漏装、错装现象。
(2) 检查X射线发生器的气压表指针应在0.40-0.45Mpa范围内(气压随环境温度不同而稍有变化)。
(3) 将控制器放好后,切断控制器电源开关,接好电源电缆。供电电源应符合技术参数中的要求。
(4) 将接地线接到控制器接地端子上,另一端接到比较潮湿的地方或专用接地线上。
(5) 用连接电缆将控制器和X射线发生器连接起来,并保证接触良好。
(6) 使用本机器应有X射线防护设施。如在野外现场使用可用2mm厚铅板进行防护,无条件时,以X射线发生器焦点为中心,半径在20米内不得有人进入,方可透照。
b) 使用
(1) 打开电源开关,数码显示“HH”控制器及X射线发生器之冷却风扇起动,X射线警示灯亮,随后蜂鸣器鸣响。约15秒钟后,数码管显示时间旋钮的设定值,蜂鸣器停叫,准备灯亮。
(2) 调节KV选择旋钮到所需要的值,旋转时间旋钮,选择所需的曝光时间。
(3) 机器使用前要进行训机操作具体过程参照下表进行:

(4) 按“高压开”按钮,几秒钟后高压指示灯亮,X射线发生器开始向外辐射X射线。计算机开始自动计时,数码管显示递减时间。
(5) 当数码管显示“0.0”时,曝光时间到,机器自动切断高压,蜂鸣器响,准备灯、高压灯灭,数码管开始显示倒计时时间(休息时间)。当倒计时结束后,准备灯亮,数码管显示时间旋钮设定值,
(6) 本机具有延时开机功能。
①延时开机功能设定:
机器准备灯亮后,按下高压关按钮,三秒钟后,机器便进入延时时间设定状态。延时时间从0.1-5分钟,延时时间自动向上跳动。松开高压关按钮,机器便记录下延时时间。显示窗恢复到曝光时间上。这时,再按下高压开按钮,机器便进入到开高压延时状态。蜂鸣器响,准备灯闪动,数码管小数点闪动。自动延时倒计时,延时时间到,高压自动打开。
②解除延时开机功能
关掉电源再开机,即进入不延时状态。或再次按下高压关按钮,显示00时,即松开高压关按钮,也可解除开机延时功能。
(7)使用注意事项
A、要经常检查X射线发生器中的气压,低于0.35MPa时禁止使用。
B、应使控制器上接地端子可靠接地,以保证安全。
C、检查电缆是否接触良好,电缆插座是否清洁。
D、机器工作时间和休息时间严格按1:1比例进行,在机器休息期间不能切断电源,以保证风扇一直工作。
E、当电源电压在瞬间有较大波动时,可能使保护电路动作,此不属机器故障,可继续使用。
V. Installation & Operation
1. Installation
1). After unpacking, please check all items in the package according to the packing list, to see whether there is any damage, shortage or any incorrect parts packed by mistake.
2). Confirm that the gas pressure meter on the X-ray generator points the range of 0.40 ~ 0.45 Mpa (Very small pressure variation caused by different environmental temperature ).
3). Get the controller on a working desk, switch off the controller power, connect the power cable. Make sure that the main power supply should be in line with the specifications.
4). Connect one end of the grounding wire to the earthing terminal of controller while another end of the wire links to a humid ground or specialized earthing point.
5). Link the controller with X-ray generator by the connecting cable and ensure this connection perfect.
6). The protective shield should be equipped when operating this equipment. In case of operating in outdoor field, 2mm thick lead plate can be employed as protective shield. If there is no any suitable radiation protection, please make sure that there will be no any body within 20m around area from the focal spot of the x-ray tube when radiography exposure.
2. Operation
1). Turn on the power-supply switch, the Digitron shows “HH”; cooling fans of the controller and X-ray generator starts; warning lamp of X-ray lights on, and then, buzzer sounds. About 15 sec. later, the Digitron shows the setting value that the time knob selects, the buzzer stops sounding and lamp of “stand-by” lights on.
2). Adjust the kV knob to a required value, adjust the time knob to a required exposure time.
3). Before operation, the equipment should go through the “training” procedure. The details of it refer to the tables as below:

4). When pushing down the “HV on” button, the HV indicating lamp lights on, and several seconds later the X-ray generator begins to emit X-ray. The computer gets into the timing mode automatically and Digitron shows the digressive time.
5). When the Digitron showing “0.0”, the exposure time is up; equipment turns off the HV automatically; buzzer sounds; “stand-by” lamp lights on, HV lamp dims out and the Digitron begins to show the count down (Period time for rest). As soon as the count down range ends, the “stand-by” lamp lights on and the Digitron shows the setting value that the time knob selects, getting ready for the next exposure .
6). The equipment has the time-delay function.
(1). Setting up the “time-delayed” value :
After the “Stand-by” lamp lighting up, push down the HV button and three seconds later, the equipment enters into the “time-delayed” setting mode. The “time-delayed” period will be 0.1~5 Min. The “time-delayed” period will increase automatically until releasing the button, and then, the equipment will record this “time-delayed” value automatically. When the Digitron re-shows the exposure time, push down the HV button once more and the equipment enters into “time-delayed” status. The buzzer sounds, and “Stand-by” lamp flashes as well as the dot on the Digitron flashes. The Digitron counts down , untill the preset “time-delayed” is up. As soon as the “time-delayed” period is up, the HV will be on.
(2). Release from the “time-delayed” value:
Shut off the main power and turn on again, then, the equipment enters into non-“time-delayed” mode.; Or press the HV button twice, then, release the pressed-down HV button when the Digitron shows“00”, this time the equipment enters into non-“time-delayed” mode too ---- i.e. The “time-delayed” mode is dismissed.
7). Notice
A. Frequently check the gas pressure in the X-ray generator. If it is lower than 0.35Mpa, the operation is prohibited.
B. Verify the earthing terminal on the controller to be connected with the ground reliably, ensuring the
safe operation.
C. Check whether the cable is under good contact condition and electric socket is clean.
D. The ratio between working and resting time of the equipment should strictly follow with 1:1. The main power should not be turn off during resting time, so as to ensure the cooling fan keeping rotation continuously.
E. The protective circuit may start when large voltage fluctuation takes place. This will not be considered as abnormal phenomenon and the equipment can operate normally.
六、维护
当机器出现故障时,应停止工作,根据现象检查原因。
1、 打开电源开关,风机不转,数码管无显示
A、 电源电缆故障;
B、 电源开关坏;
C、 3A保险丝断。
2、 数码管显示故障代码,其含义如下:
A、“LA” 无mA报警;
B、“HA” 过mA报警;
C、“PU”过电压报警;
D、“PT” 过温度报警。
3、 按“高压开”按钮20A保险丝断或电源开关跳开,有时伴有控制器异常声响
A、 X射线发生器故障;
B、 控制器斩波器坏;
C、 X射线发生器气压低于0.35MPa。
4、 按“高压开”按钮显示“LA”
A、 连接电缆故障;
B、 X射线发生器故障;
C、 控制器线路故障;
D、 20A保险断。
5、触摸机器时麻手
A、接地不良;
B、绝缘不良。
VI. Maintenance
When failure occurs, the operation should be stopped and the failure reason should be found out.
1. When powering on, the cooling fan does not rotate and no indication on the Digitron:
A. Electric cable failure;
B. Main switch damage;
C. 3A Fuse off
2. The Digitron shows the failure code with the meaning as below:
A. “LA” No mA warning;
B. “HA” mA over warning;
C. “PU” over voltage warning;
D. “PT” over temperature warning;
3. When pressing the “HV” on button, the 20A fuse burns up or main switch trips or sometimes sounds:
A. Failure of the X-ray generator;
B. Damage of the chopper in the controller;
C. Gas pressure in the x-ray generator lower than 0.35Mpa.
4. When pressing down the “HV” on button, Digitron shows “LA”:
A. Failure of connecting cable;
B. Failure of the X-ray generator;
C. Circuit failure in the controller;
D. 20A Fuse off.
5. When touching the equipment, there is a tingle sense in the hand.
A. Poor earthing connection;
B. Poor insulation.
