大体积进样节省时间,提高性能
进样量达到100μL以上带来了实实在在的好处。大大地节省了样品前处理的时间和成本。此外,良好的定量和较低的检测限提升了色谱的性能。
进样口内直接热解析固态和气态样品
重要的是当化合物是非常活跃或是超高分子量的时候,OPTIC 3的设计可以直接在进样口内热解析到毛细柱。固体样品直接热解析是可能的,或在衬管里填充不同种类的吸附剂和使用空气采样机采样有机化合物。
利用DMI(Difficult Matrix Introduction 复杂基质导入)分析脏样品
DMI是通过将一个微小的样品瓶放入到进样衬管的内部再导入到色谱柱内。这比传统进样具有的一大优势,因为大量脏的样品(超过30μL)提取物或是原样可以被直接地引入GC或GC-MS。利用这个选择性的排除原则,挥发性的和半挥发性的物质被转移到色谱柱中,而不挥发的残留物质被保留在样品瓶中,待分析完后再被处置。
自动更换衬管(LINEX Automated liner exchange)
LINEX使得在运行一个或几个样品后,衬管在OPTIC进样口和衬管盘之间自动的切换变成了可能。当分析完脏的液体萃取物或者固体样品后,这个是需要的。每次,在色谱运行完成后进样衬管自动被切换再更换样品,并避免不挥发性基质组分在GC系统中出现的交叉污染的可能。
集成低温捕集控制
气相色谱峰变宽有时候是样品导入技术不能将挥发性组分集中在毛细管柱头的狭段内导致的结果。OPTIC-3低温冷阱可以通过冷却色谱柱的一小段从而解决将样品再聚集在一个狭段内的问题。OPTIC-3捕集阱被设计成可以迅速的冷却和非常快速的加热(达50℃/s),以保证极好的重现性和适宜的峰型。
高温操作扩充应用
OPTIC-3能被程序升温到600℃,扩展到可以轻松地检测C100及以后的化合物。如此高的温度还有其他优势,如减少结转之间的运行,能够在进样口内完成转化,反应和样品的裂解等过程。
