5-1-2 voltage proof耐电压

without damage by flashover ,fire or breakdown.etc.没有受任何损坏的情况下

the pt-smd shall be tested as shown in paragraph 5-1-2.   pt smd 要接受如下几种测试

test voltage:100v a.c. r.m.s for 1minute    测试电压:100 v交流a.c. r.m.s 1分钟

after above each item test, valuation of item 3-1 should be within0.12%    

当以上所有的测试完成后,评估项目3-1的公差应该在0.12%以内。

5-2 mechanical机械的

5-2-1 solderability 可焊性

a new uniform coating of solder shall cover minimum of 95%of the surface being immersed

5-2-2resistance to soldering heat 耐焊接热

5-2-4 drop test跌落测试

the pt-smd  can resist to a 75cm drop on a 6mm thick steel sheet with no damage on it's characteristics, repeat  three times   pt smd能抗拒在75厘米的高度上跌落在6毫米厚钢板上而不会产生任何损害,重复三次

5-2-5 vibration test振动试验

the pt smd can resist to a vibration test with no damage on it's characteristic

pt smd可以抵抗一个振动测试而不会产生任何损害。

5-3 Endurance 耐力
