激光微细捕捉系统(光镊)Micromanipulation systems allow non-contact trapping of biological molecules such as cells and DNA by harnessing the radiation pressure of a laser beam. The trapped sample moves freely in the microscopic field. Using a near-infrared laser (fé=1,064 nm), which is less harmful to biological components, the system allows independent manipulation of two beams by the high-efficiency laser-branching method, enabling applications involving not just the trapping of a single particle, but also studies of the tensile strength of fibrous tissues and intercellular interactions. Micromanipulation systems with a single trapping laser beam are also available.Both systems enable trapping together with fluorescence observation or the like. Custom microscopes (e.g. with integrated laser systems) are also available.
