The LAB 8000 has been developed specifi cally for any application where items are required
to be cleanedthermo or chemical disinfected.
The machine is available in single doorpass through versionsmanufactured in
AISI 316L stainless steel. It incorporates many standard features including

1.AC系列清洗消毒机用于各种实验器皿和动物笼具的清洗、消毒和干燥。对于不同的实验室配备不同的清洗架，使其可以广泛应用于化工、制药、食品、生物和医疗等领域。清洗消毒机可以对下列物品进行标准的清洗和消毒

*2.2材质:机器内舱由AISL 316L不锈钢制造，外部为304L,防腐。

*2.3加热方式:电加热,可以选择蒸汽加热

2.4LCD触摸显示屏:显示各种程序、运行阶段、时间、温度以及机器故障。

2.5 RS232口:可以连接打印机,打印清洗过程,可以上程序，方便工程师故障诊断和用户编程,可使用PC机程序编程，然后到仪器。

*2.6清洗剂泵:计算机控制两个清洗剂泵的清洗剂加入量，装有流量计,并可按用户需求可以增加到4个泵

*2.7控制液位传感器，防止清洗仓中水和清洗剂缺失

*2.8电极分别提供显示温度和消毒温度控制

*2.9工作程序预设置：不少于10个正常工作预置的程序，且用户可以自由编辑程序,同时具有标准的Ethernet网络连接

*2.10门可以通过屏幕触摸来控制开关,带有双层HST玻璃窗,方便观察机器工作过程,门上装有电动门锁，防止在运行本设备时不慎将门打开,门水平高度的工效学设计方便车架载入。

2.11机器内壁上有不少于150个清洗管和100个清洗喷淋头,用户可选配自清洁过滤器.

2.12机器可以选配使用HBB2BBOBB2B等化学剂B清洗消毒，其化学喷雾消毒功能，适合湿表面消毒.

2.13机器所有设计严格执行国际标准 EN ISO 15883-1/-2,可以进行93℃热消毒,产品符合CE, FDA/SFDA等及标准，并提供相应有效证明文件。

*2.14干燥系统：特殊设计的内腔热风干燥保证器械复杂的内腔完全干燥，干燥空气经双层过滤，分别为F级和HEPA H14，HEPA H14时风量可达1000mc,保证干燥空气的洁净度。

2.15水源:可连接三种水源：冷水、热水和去离子水，根据程序设计从不同的水源进水，加快清洗速度，节约能源。

*2.16清洗仓为园角设计，自清洁功能不会积存污物。
