1. Principle of Operation
The LiposoFast LF-50 uses compressed gas at pressures up to 600psi/41bar to pressurize the sample cylinder and force the starting materials
through a polycarbonate membrane.
2. Temperature Control
The sample cylinder of the LF-50 is sealed within a stainless steel jacket. Heat transfer fluid such as heated water can be circulated between the
sample cylinder and the jacket to increase the temperature of the starting material for high transition temperature lipids or heat sensitive
compounds.
3. Cleaning/Sterilization
All components of the LF-50 are easily cleaned and can be autoclaved.
主要特点：
LF-50可以更有效的控制脂质体的粒径、分布范围。我公司以前的LF-1型挤出器，每次只能挤1mL,适合尚在摸索配方、而样品昂贵的实验室用户;
而新型的LF-50型脂质体挤出仪，则每次可以挤出50mL脂质体。
推荐使用的客户：
如果您暂时没有高压均质机，则可以用LF-50挤出器来挤出脂质体，可以节省很大的费用;
如果您已经有不带挤出器的高压均质机，但是均质之后粒径分布依然不均匀，则可以采用LF-50，每次可以挤出50mL，解决您的后顾之忧。
